How to Make Crispy Baked Potatoes in the Oven
Wash and dry the potatoes. Then, coat the potatoes in olive oil and kosher salt. Place in a preheated 375F degree oven.
After the potatoes are cooked (easily pierced with a fork), split them just like a regular baked potato.
To the inside, add a pat of butter and salt and gently stir.
Place the split potatoes back in the oven for another hour, or until the outside edges begin to brown.
