Sheet Pan Pancakes

You're going to love making these pancakes!  No more flipping or standing over a stove. Make these in 20 minutes!

Mix together ingredients: - Bisquick (or other mix) - Milk - Eggs Fruits and toppings are mixed in later.

Step 1

Stir until pancake ingredients are well incorporated. Be careful not to over mix! Pancake ingredients should be well mixed and slightly lumpy.

Step 2

Pour batter into a lightly greased half sheet pan. Then, smooth with a spoon to evenly distribute the batter.

Step 3

Top batter with berries, dividing the pan (as needed) for different topping sections. Try different fruits, nuts, sprinkles, or chocolate.

Step 4

Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the center is springy when touched. Then slice and serve warm.

Step 5
