This hashbrown casserole is a simple side dish with irresistible flavors of creamy soup, cheddar cheese and hashbrown potatoes! You need only 10 minutes to prep this crowd-pleasing comfort food. Prepared and baked all in one pot for easy transportation to potluck dinners, weeknights, and holidays.
Add in onion and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in cream of chicken soup, milk and sour cream until combined.
Turn off heat and add in 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Add in hashbrowns and combine until well incorporated.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
