					<description><![CDATA[I came across this recipe and made it for NYE24/25. I used 2 roasts 8&#038; 9lbs. I did use mustard(spicy brown is what i h.o.h.)for binder &#038; your dry rub recipe 
(didn&#039;t have 1 ingred. &#038; increased a few). I cooked the roast for 30min @ 450* &#038; 8hrs @250* checked temp perfect210* , covered w foil 30 increased oven to 500* cooked 30min.
Came out perfect. Put in crock pot separated juice in pan added it to crock w some chicken broth took to party served w 2 kinds of sauce on side. Was a huge hit. I was told by host that I have to cook this for her as needed from now on( lol) &#038; was asked by several other for recipe! Thank you!! Yum!!]]></description>

We also used a bone-in butt and after just 6.5 hours on the smoker the bone pulled right on out. I see this being a staple.]]></description>
