Easy, Oven-baked Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients for the best ribs ever!
Baby back ribs
Stone ground mustard
BBQ sauce (your choice!)
Step 1: Make the dry rub for ribs
Step 2: Wrap Ribs in Foil and Bake
1. After the rib rub is applied, wrap the ribs in foil, sealing at the top. 2. Place on a baking sheet in the refrigerator overnight or at least 8-12 hours.
Step 3: Bake Ribs in the Oven
- Bake at 225F degrees for 1 hour per pound. - For shreddable, tender ribs, bake until the internal temperature reads 200F with an internal thermometer.
Step 4: Broil Ribs with Sauce
Open up the foil, add BBQ sauce and broil until sauce is bubbly and beginning to caramelize.
