Homemade Vegetable Soup!

Use up leftover pulled pork, veggies, or even bags of frozen vegetables in this hearty soup recipe!

- Leftover pulled pork, chicken, or beef. - red new potatoes, cubed - yellow onion, roughly chopped - garlic - frozen, sliced carrots, lima beans, and okra - diced, fire-roasted tomatoes - can of stewed tomatoes - Frank's Hot Sauce - Worcestershire sauce - BBQ Sauce - vegetable broth - chili powder

Prep Vegetables

Prepare soup vegetables by chopping, defrosting, and sautéing in a large dutch oven.

Simmer the Soup

Bring the soup to a boil, then simmer for at least 1 hour, or until the potatoes are fork tender.
