Twice-Baked Potatoes

These twice-baked potatoes are the best ever! So easy to make, you will love the flavors of butter, melted cheese, bacon bits, and sour cream.

Step 1: Bake Potatoes

Wash the potatoes and coat in kosher salt and olive oil. Bake at 400°F oven for 45 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.

Step 2:  Split and Mix Potatoes

Split potatoes open, scoop out the insides with a spoon, and place the potato insides into a bowl.

Mash the potatoes with butter, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, and chives.

Step 3: Restuff Potatoes

Scoop a heaping spoonful of the mashed potato mixture and stuff the potato shell until full!

Bake the potatoes until the cheese has melted and they are warmed through.

Top with leftover BBQ, chili, vegetables, and more for a complete meal!
