The BEST Deviled Egg Recipe
Get perfect hard-boiled eggs with the 5-5-5 method
Prepare the Yolk Filling
- scoop the yolks from the white halves into a mixing bowl. - place whites on deviled egg tray or platter.
Then, mash the yolks with the back of a fork until no round halves remain.
- Add in the mayo, relish, and mustard. - Mix to combine.
Pipe the filling (hack!)
Spoon filling into sandwich size plastic bag. Push filling into a corner of the bag. Then, snip about 1/4 of an inch off of that corner.
Then, pipe the filling and toss the bag when done.
Garnish with chives and serve chilled!
