Week 1:
- Day 1: You will receive an email with a printable PDF of all of the recipes for the week and a shopping list already made for you! P.S. This shopping list will include everything you need to make leftovers, too.
- Day 2-7: You will receive tips on how to recreate leftovers into a fresh, new meal that doesn’t taste like leftovers. Plus, tips for substitutions and other hacks I’ve learned along the way.
- You will have full access to me for any questions you have. I’m always just an email away!
Week 2:
Now that you’re getting into a rhythm with planning, I’ll still send you prepared lists and tips throughout week two but you’re ready to fly on your own. I’ll still be just an email away!
